As the swim school branch of the elite Long Island Aquatic Club, the school's goal is to create strong, safe, and confident swimmers for life. Kids ages 2-10 learn safety skills and swimming strokes in small classes of 3-5 children per instructor.
Classes are 55 minutes to 1 hour long. All pools & gyms are indoor. Lifeguard & coaches are certified by American Red Cross, USA Swimming & ASCA. We have 7 swimming levels that are designed to break down the four main strokes, so learning to swim is an achievable goal.
Participants who miss two consecutive classes will be dropped from the program. Adult Classes: 18+ Years Old. Adults must be at the beginner level in order to participate in Learn to Swim classes. A water test will be conducted on the first day of class to determine eligibility.

Red Cross swim classes are available for infants, children, teens, and adults. And regardless of where you take your swimming lessons, you can expect caring, patient, and safe instruction from trained, professional instructors who can help even the most timid of swimmers learn to enjoy the water.
